# A plain next step

Bring a concern, a list, and the questions that matter.

You can finish reading without deciding on Selank. Start with the problem you want a care visit to address.

## Write the concern in your own words

What is bothering you? When do you notice it? What would a useful change look like? A brief note is enough to start the conversation.

## Bring names, not guesses

List the medicines and other substances you use. Add questions about pregnancy, breastfeeding, or prior reactions if those apply.

## Check the care service

Ask who would assess you, where their permission to practise is recorded, and how you can ask questions after the visit.

## Ask what else has been considered

Which tested treatments for anxiety fit the problem we are discussing?

What research supports the proposed plan? What remains unknown? What would follow-up involve?

## Get the cost terms in writing

Ask what the visit includes, what any extra items would cost, and how further charges or cancellation work.

A clear care conversation can leave you with a better question, not an immediate decision.
